We only process personal data that you provide to us yourself or that is technically necessary to operate the website:

• Contact data — when you write to us (e-mail, or a contact form if enabled): your name, company, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Server log data — our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) for the secure and reliable operation of the site.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and we do not build user profiles. Web fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is transferred to third-party font providers when you visit.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

• Responding to your enquiry and arranging a demo — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in business communication (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Secure operation of the website — legal basis: our legitimate interest in a functional and secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or a contractual relationship arises. Server logs are retained for 90 days.

We do not sell your data. We may share it only with processors that help us run the service under a data-processing agreement, in particular:
